Entry Form

For all information related to the meet, please use the menu to the left.

For all information related to the entry forms and/or entries, please contact Sébastien Lalonde .

*All entries must be received by Monday, April 24, 11h59pm.  A  "late entry fee" will be charged for all late entries. (ie: starting Tuesday, April 25, 12h00am)

*A Performance List (all entries) will be posted on this website on Thursday, April 27.  Coaches will have until Friday, April 28th, 6h30pm to send their changes via email to Sébastien.

What are changes?

Changes includes: scratches, a change/addition of events (for athletes who are already entered in the database), spelling mistakes, etc.  Adding an athlete who is not in the database is NOT considered a "change".  This will be considered as a late entry.

Entry Fees

The Rolf Lund Memorial Meet committee are imposing the following fees:

-3.00$ per Athletes per Events

-7.00$ per Relay Team

-Maximum entry fee per school: 270.00$ (*based on entries received by the deadline.)

Late Entry Fees

-2.00$ per Athlete & 5.00$ per Event

-12.00$ per Relay Team

HOW TO SEND YOUR REGISTRATION FORMS?

1. From your desktop, right-click your mouse once and select "NEW" and then "FOLDER";
2. Type in your school's name for the title of that new folder;
3. From the website, click the proper division to download its registration form;
4. After the form opens, click on "FILE" and then "SAVE AS.";
5. Locate your school's folder that you just created and save the form in it;
6. Type in "MB" for Midget Boys, "MG" for Midget Girls, "JB" for Junior Boys, ect. and click "OK";
7. (Repeat steps 3-4-5-6 for all divisions needed.)
8. Close your web browser and open your school's folder;
9. Double-click the form you want to fill-up.
(**Make sure to write down all information asked.)
10. Once done with your registration, click "FILE" and "SAVE AS." and select the proper form! (IE: If you were working in "MG" and you want to save your Midget Girls roster, choose "MG"!) and click "OK";
11. Repeat steps 9-10 for all forms.
12. Email ALL registration forms to Sébastien Lalonde and Wayne Bulak. Click HERE to do so. (**Please enter your school name as the title of your email.)
